Three weeks after the product was supposed to begin shipping, they finally refunded my money and cancelled my order.

Ordered an outfit for my daughter two months ago and was given an estimate of 3-5 weeks for it to arrive in warehouse from the sale close date. It's now seven weeks from the sales close date and customer service insists it's "still on time." It's over two weeks behind schedule.

They either don't know how to count weeks or they don't want to admit something got messed up.

At this point I am definitely never buying from them again and strongly advising others against it themselves. If they ever ship it or return my money I will update, but as of right now my only consolation is that at least they didn't steal much of my money.

Product or Service Mentioned: Screaming Owl Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $21.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer service, Never shipped my order, Estimates inaccurate.

Can I ask how you finally got a hold of them? I'm having similar issues and cannot get anyone to respond to the message I've been sending. Is there a customer service number?
