I placed my order on June 23 for an outfit for my cousins new baby.Today is August 28th and it was just delivered yesterday.
It probably won't even fit the baby anymore. Horrible company, horrible customer service. I will never, ever purchase a thing from them again. 4-6 weeks is not an accurate ship time.
My order took 9 weeks and I cannot get a refund so now we have something the child cannot wear and my money down the drain. Next time I'll go to Baby Gap and buy it right there and know I will have it for when I actually need it not almost 3 months later. How is this company still in business with so many complaints and negative comments??
I have nothing positive to say about the experience.Oh and it says delivered but my recipient has not yet received the package.
