Ordered a Christmas Outfit. I have emailed the company.

I ordered on October 27th, still no outfit. Christmas photos will be past before i get the dang thing.

All shipping times are clearly noted up front so a customer can make an informed decision prior to purchase.

You can find your shipping estimate by logging into your account on our website or by viewing your confirmation email. Very sorry if you missed that!

What's the point of buying seasonal items if you won't receive it before the holiday or season is over?! Maybe you should stop selling seasonal items and post in bold, in large print, on the header of your page... that it may take 3 or more months before the customer receives their items.
