I ordered an outfit, that was suppose to be a Christmas outfit, back in OCTOBER. It is now middle of December.

The order is still in processing stage. I have submitted several tickets and can not get anyone to answer me back on a status. I am to the point where I am going to contact my bank as this is a fraudulent charge. I want this company to respond and ship my order as agreed or give me my money back ASAP!

I have never had such horrible service from this company and I have ordered several outfits over the years. I can only assume this is now a great big scam on their part.

Product or Service Mentioned: Screaming Owl Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $21.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I have contacted the screaming owl two times about we're my order is .they do not reply.im at the point I want my money back .I will never order from them again.this is the worst company I have ever ordered from .it keeps showing in process.
