I ordered from this company 8 weeks ago and still have not received the items.
When I contacted their customer service about this they sent a long statement about how their process is unique and that's how they are able to offer such low prices. (BTW their prices are far from low).
When I ordered-and paid for-the items, I got an email stating that they would ship 3-5 weeks after July 17. That was 8 weeks ago and items still have not shipped.
If there is some kind of delay in being able to send the items, then they should let me know. I would be happy to take a refund or exchange. I don't feel like it's okay to take a person's money without sending the order.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Having to order in separate orders, 3 month wait time, Shipping time, Long wait, Service.
