To all of you who have small children or grandchildren. If you see an ad for clothing from Screaming Owl don't order from them.

I placed an order on June 21st. First of all I ordered 4 rompers for Larry's granddaughter. They wouldn't let me pay for them all @ once. It had to be 4 different payment with 4 different shipping charges.

I've been constantly checking because his daughter still hasn't received them. 2 weeks ago I sent them a message inquiring about my order. They didn't even respond.

today I checked again and 2 of them have finally shipped today July 16. Very irresponsible company.

Monetary Loss: $44.

Obviously you didn't read the shipping process..... it tells you they take a while to ship.

That's because they don't ship out until they get a big enough gross order. That's why prices are so cheap.

You have to do it individually because it helps with advertising pings.

It's all explained on their site. I order for my grandkids from here periodically knowing they may not see them for a couple months .

They clearly state that they charge shipping on each product to keep the cost down and they ship out like once a month to also keep the cost so cheap.

this is a BULK order, they do not actually start to make the product until the order window closes. It states CLEARLY to expect a long wait.

That is why they do the christmas ordering a couple months in advance.

These are typically items that are specialty. I like to get holiday dresses here because they are inexpensive and you only wear a christmas dress a couple times before its retired so no need to spend a million dollars.

I have ordered several things and loved them all they state that it won't be shipped for a long time when you order it also states about not ordering more than one item at once.

Screaming Owl blocked me from being able to comment on their Facebook because I gave honest reviews. This is obviously a company that is used to pissed off people and don't want people to know the truth about their products. Poorly made junk that will arrive with strings hanging everywhere, be way too small, and look homemade.

It says on their website and under each item that shipping will take 2-7 weeks and they don't ship anything immediately. Since they are ordering from other companies, they cannot send it out immediately.

Screaming owl does post in their site that they are not a quick ship company. I saw it multiple places when placing my order for a Thanksgiving dress.

I got it in the mail this weekend and I had ordered it back in September, but I knew that it was going to take that long when I bought it. I was very pleased with them, as the dress was ADORABLE!

I am so irritated with them. I bought their September bargain box was suppose to be a pants set outfit it was a cheap onesie with a *** sewn onto it and I told them they sent me not what was described and I have yet to hear back so today I finally was like well they're not going to so I might as well use it and I look at it and it has holes in the *** great.

Because a company that feels the need to lure you in with "Christian-based" is probably trying to scam good-hearted people. The quality of their clothes is awful!

order 7 dresses from them beginning of august for Halloween outfits. I just the a bunch of emails from them saying they have canceled my orders!

They didn't give me a good reason either and didn't mention that I was going to get my money back!!!!

They are total scammers! will NEVER order from them again!

I'm very sorry you're unhappy with our company. The decision to cancel the Ice Queen dresses, while disappointing, was the only solution we had at the time.

The shipment was made on time and was literally on it's way to us when it hit a shipping snag. We were notified on a Thursday and began processing refunds and cancellation emails on Friday and all throughout the weekend. We gave as many details to our customers as we could, but, this is a pending legal matter with the manufacturer, so, we couldn't go into the details of the entire situation.

We've never had a situation like this come up before and believe me, it hurt us a million times more than you.

The thought of disappointing our customers is heartbreaking. We did the best we could in an impossible situation and even offered affected customers a generous coupon code that we've never offered before on all of their purchases for the entire month of September.

Please rest assured that you were refunded for all of your purchases.

Because they were processed over a weekend, it just may take your bank a couple of business days to process. :)

I was one of the ones that had ordered an ice queen dress and was given a code off for my September purchases but I have yet to get it to work! I have put in a help ticket and have not gotten a response. I do love ordering from you guys but disappointed that my discount code is not working!

I ordered one of the Ice Queen dresses as well. I e-mailed prior to receiving the cancellation e-mail regarding when they would be shipped.

Instead of replying back to my help ticket, they instead sent the canned e-mail about orders being cancelled. When I complained about non-receipt on the item on the Facebook page, they blocked me from commenting on their site! Very childish and unprofessional.

People need to be aware of their practices. I should have read the BBB reviews before ordering!

They really need to go back and mail everyone who ordered this dress a FREE one when they come in for all this confusion and trouble!

Your are getting good prices because they make one bulk order. They do state the order procedures on the webpage.

Screaming Owl is not a quick ship company. They are a boutique buy in website and they clearly note shipping times up front in the description of an item. They are a stand up Christian based business.
